The Re Habit Bracelet pairs fashion with a simple yet powerful technique used to break unwanted habits such as

The Re Habit technique is derived from aversion therapy, which trains your brain to create a negative association with your bad habit. The underside of the bracelet contains a section of elastic cord; whenever you feel the urge to engage in the unwanted behavior, pull on the cord and release it against your skin.

That snapping sensation causes your brain to associate the undesired behavior with discomfort, and your brain will soon determine that engaging in this behavior is not in your best interest.

Think of this as a "pattern interrupter". Those negative urges will become weaker and weaker, and you may find that they disappear altogether!
